Clinical Offer: The clinical team will interview the candidate and if selected an offer will be extended on behalf of the facility

Nurse:Patient Ratios 3:1
Required Certifications (i.e. BLS ACLS) BLS ACLS
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Medical neurosurgery cardiac post cath-TR bands
Experience or Must have skills titrate drips bi pap
Are RNs required to titrate drips yes
Common titratable &/or set rate drips cardene cardizem
Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift Does the charge nurse take an assignment yes
Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit Ratios Duties yes
RT Equipment (Vents Cpap BiPap High Flow etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot CPAP BiPAP hi flow troubleshoot
Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit Are RNs required to read their own strips What brand are the tele monitors Same as ICU
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) As needed by unit
Weekend Requirements 4 in 6 weeks
Holiday Requirements 1 major 1 minor
Is there call or a standby requirement no
Floating Requirements as needed
Scrub Color/Dress code Navy
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation 1 or 2
Additional Notes post cath patients go to this unit- cath lab pulls sheaths patient may have a TR band
