Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare and assess critically ill patients continuously using advanced medical equipment (e.g. ventilators cardiac monitors).Administer medications fluids and treatments accurately and timely according to physician and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and detailed and accurate documentation of patient status treatments and nursing with physicians respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care emotional support and education to patients and their strict infection control protocols to minimize risk of in continuing education and training to maintain clinical skills and stay current with IMC to precept.
