Must be over 65 miles (address on drivers license to site address) Must have 2 years experience in specialty for all locations. (New Orleans operating room req. 3 years) **NO CALL IN!** RTO must be on profile and brought up in the interview or there is a high chance offers will be rescinded. Compact or LA license in hand upon submittal Allied Candidates booked with pending license - Candidate must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing Orientation held 5 days a week References: Not required for submission however 2 Manager/Supervisor references will be required to obtain clearance to start contract. PDF format AHA certifications are required AWHONN Intermediate is required for L D RN CPI required for all CNA ER nurses must have CPI or be able to get it before start. Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before they can return as travel.
