Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an RN / Nurse Manager Surgery on behalf of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa California. The Nurse Manager oversees a patient care unit and is responsible for planning directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
This leader manages 24-hour unit operations including leadership overall fiscal management staffing planning organizing and controlling and works across all hospital functions to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Plan direct and manage the nursing care delivered to the designated surgical patient population.
Oversee 24-hour unit operations including leadership fiscal management staffing planning organizing and controlling.
Develop and implement programs policies procedures and standards of care for the unit.
Ensure that patient needs are assessed and met.
Establish collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions to support an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Required Qualifications
California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire).
National Provider BLS American Heart Association (upon hire).
2 years of recent clinical experience.
Computer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Nursing.
Specialty certification based on unit (upon hire).
5 years of clinical experience.
2 years of management experience.
Salary range: $200000 to $240000 per year.
Schedule: Full time 8-hour day shifts.

This is an onsite role in Santa Rosa California.

Required Skills:
