BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager in our Independence OH Home Health office. This Medicare-certified intermittent skilled care office has proudly served the community for the past two years providing short-term nursing rehabilitative therapeutic and supportive home health services to adults and seniors through personalized one-hour in-home visits.

This leadership role is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence team development and patient safety.

In this role you will:

• Lead inspire and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
• Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Independence and the surrounding areas
• Develop individuated care plans and oversee implementation of services
• Supervise and support RNs PTs OTs SLPs and other field staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff
• Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base
• Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory standards and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN
• Prior Home Health and OASIS experience required (minimum 1 year)
• Acute care medical-surgical and/or sub-acute experience a plus
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients families and interdisciplinary teams

• Competitive base salary of $82K-$86k annually depending on experience
