RN NURSE SUPERVISOR!

Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is a 55-bed facility specializing in providing quality care for clinically-complex respiratory residents in a home-like atmosphere. We are seeking a Full Time RN NightShift Supervisor to supervise and support the delivery of patient care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff during the night shift (11p-7a). While the scheduled hours are night shifts we offer flexibility to meet your needs. Our ideal Registered Nurse candidate will possess strong supervisory and communication skills excellent clinical assessment abilities and the capability to work effectively with all levels of professional personnel and a diverse population. Good computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are essential.

• Supervise and support licensed and non-licensed staff in the delivery of patient care during the night shift.
• Ensure quality clinical care for residents with complex respiratory needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with staff residents families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts (11p-7a) with flexible scheduling.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a diverse population.

• Competitive hourly wage: $41.00 - $51.00 per hour paid bi-weekly. (Night Shift Diff included)
