Unit/Role Info:

Med/Surg Telemetry

TheNew Grad Registered Nurse / RN Iis responsible forindependently planning coordinating and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required)
• Prior work experience not required.

Salary Range: Minimum 37.47/hour - Maximum 59.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
