Job Summary: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare : Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors records and communicates patient condition asappropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare of Work: Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimalsupervision. Must be able to work in a stressful Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
