Med/Surg/Tele Float RN Shift: DAY shift 7am-730pm. Required: 2 years of Med surg experience BLS/ACLS Arrythmia/tele trained. Travelers will support the med-surg areas 3 north 2 east and 1 east; floating between these units is a requirement of the assignment. Floating to other med-surg Units in the hospital is expected based on census and operational needs. Time off will be limited during the assignment and must be pre-approved at time of submission. Facility currently has Meditech as the EMR. Will be converting to Epic.
