Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. This will include participation in the development implementation monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for patients families and the community. The responsibilities will include the observation data collection planning implementation and evaluation of the patients physical psychological emotional educational and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care. The RN will work collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team. We cannot guarantee block schedule but will try to accommodate when possible.
