Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an RN Manager Operating Room on behalf of our client a healthcare organization in Portland Oregon. This leader is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services covering both clinical and operational activities. The role oversees a large team of more than 160 staff supported by Assistant RN Managers.

• Lead and manage the operating room unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
• Oversee clinical and operational activities to maintain safe high quality patient care.
• Manage and develop a team of more than 160 staff working with Assistant RN Managers.
• Provide strong leadership and be available for extended hours as the role requires (approximately 50-hour weeks).

• Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• Recent first-line management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
