As a Day Shift RN/LPN you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive safe and compassionate care throughout the day.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with each patients individualized care plan.

• Monitor patients and report changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.

• Communicate important updates with physicians families and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.

• Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe comfortable environment.

• Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN license

• Strong communication and clinical judgment

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Compassion for serving the geriatric population
