RN L&D Amsterdam, NY

Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Amsterdam NYwhere your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location - Amsterdam NY
Position - RN L&D
Schedule - Nights only
Pay - $2300/week

- 36hours/week (3x12)

Responsibilities

• Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
• Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical electrical laser mechanical and thermal sources.
• Performing interventions necessary to ensure that the patients procedure is performed on the correct site side and level.
• Communicating the patients status to relevant parties throughout the continuum of care
• Administering medications safely and correctly.
• Evaluate the patients progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Document nursing care accurately completely and legibly.

Requirements

• RN NYNursing License is required
• BLS and ACLS is required
• At least 1-2 years of L&D RN experience is required!
• Will need Cerner and Epic Experience
