- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action

- Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

- Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
