Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Summary

We are seeking an experiencedRN House Supervisorto provide nursing leadership and operational oversight during the night shift. The House Supervisor will coordinate patient care support nursing staff and help ensure smooth hospital operations across multiple departments.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the night shift.
• Coordinate nursing activities and support safe efficient patient care.
• Assist nursing staff with operational and clinical needs.
• Occasionally provide coverage for meal breaks inMed/Surg ER and ICU.
• Collaborate with nursing and hospital staff to address patient-care and staffing needs.
• Promote compliance with hospital policies procedures and patient-safety standards.
• Respond appropriately to clinical and operational issues during the shift.
• Support effective communication and coordination among departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• ActiveCalifornia RN License.
• CurrentBLS ACLS and PALScertifications.
• NRP preferred.
• Previous supervisory charge nurse or house supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment communication and leadership skills.

• Proof ofnegative TB screening within 12 months of the contract start dateis required.
