As Gulfside Healthcare Services continues to grow throughout Tampa Bay were expanding our nursing team to support lower patient ratios and more personalized patient care. Were seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Pasco Hillsborough and Pinellas County field teams and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

At Gulfside nurses have the time support and resources needed to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Our nurses are backed by responsive leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary team that values their expertise and contributions.

The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload develops individualized care plans collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members and provides guidance and support to LPNs CNAs and other members of the care team. Patients are seen in private residences assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred
• Hospice home health case management or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment communication critical thinking and time management skills
• Compassionate organized and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care
• Valid Florida drivers license reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
