Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
IV skills and wound care
General Medical Dx
High risk Dx: HF COPD Mi Pneumonia Stroke
Post-op care
Certs required: BCLS
Scrubs: Any solid color scrub
Unit Info (share with your traveler):
Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment basic wound care ABI compression dressing wound vac dressing Pleurx /Aseptdrain care foley catheter change and care staple/suture removal use of glucometer use of pro-time machine SQ/IM injections lab draw venipuncture IV skills PICC line or Midline care and dressing change SQ port access/deaccess
Skilled Home Care (Medicare Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.)
Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day
Day/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office:
Mon - Fri 8a to 5p
Mon - Fri 9a to 6p
Thurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shifts
Alternating weekend shifts
Laptop MiFi for internet access Portable printers
