RN FLOAT-FND LTC Nursing Support

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team throughout our Long Term Care Facilities someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: PartTime
• Work Shift:Variable
• Shift Differential(depending on shift assignment)

What Your Day Looks Like: receiving yourshift assignment participatingin bedside shiftreportcompleting initial assessments scanning medications withBMV and administeringmedications coordinatingand providing patientcare using criticalthinking assisting withmealsand daily hygiene educating patients andfamilies from admissionthrough discharge maintainingpatient privacy andconfidentiality and demonstratingknowledge that reflectscurrent nursing practice. We take greatpride in caringfor both ourpatients and ourteam.

As a Registered Nurse you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitatingresident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the residents Plan of Care

Qualifications:

Education: Associates or Bachelors

Experience: Patient Care

Skills: Multitasking attention to detail organizational skills

Licensure/Certification: RN

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast paced environment
