- On average how many patients do you treat in the ER/day 40 patients per day
- Nurse: Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 based on acuity
- Required Certifications (i.e. BLS ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC NRP NIHSS): ACLSBLS PALS NIHSS TNCC
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Abdominal pain DM NSTEMI penumonia trauma stroke HTN
- Experience or Must have skills: Must Have:

- Common drips : standard ER medications
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Does the charge nurse take an assignment: yes
- Is RT in the ER 24/7 Do they do ABGs breathing Tx & EKGs: RT available 24/7. They complete breathing treatments and ABGs
- Do you have Monitor Techs in the ER Are RNs required to read their own strips What brand are the Tele monitors: no monitor tech RN needs to be able to read an interpret tele
- Does Phlebotomy draw labs or RNs draw: Will be trained and perform Point of Care lab testing
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) 12 hour shifts
