Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Centerstands as a distinguished institution encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital.

The Critical Care Response Team is a newly established hospital-wide unit designed to provide rapid expert clinical support for patients experiencing acute deterioration outside of the intensive care unit.

Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift: 12 hour nights

Summary:

The position serves as a clinical expert mentor and operational partner to frontline nurses providers respiratory therapy and nursing leadership.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 2 to 3 years experience in Rapid Response Critical Care/ Critical Care Transport Emergency Department ICU or similar high-acuity areas preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
