This role supports approximately 120 surgical cases per month and provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties. The ideal candidate is a skilled circulator with strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide circulating nursing care before during and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain a safe sterile and efficient operating room environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers surgical technologists and perioperative staff.
- Prepare patients equipment and surgical supplies for procedures.
- Monitor patient safety and advocate for optimal outcomes throughout the surgical experience.
- Accurately document perioperative care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong experience circulating a variety of surgical specialties
Preferred Qualifications
- Neurosurgery experience preferred
- Previous experience in a high-volume OR setting
