Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) each with its own kitchen as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a highly structured and supportive environment with on-site leadership available 24/7 making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork consistency and strong clinical support.
- Competitive pay: $35$41/hour

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within our cottage-style units. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care supporting staff and ensuring residents receive compassionate individualized attention.
- Provide and supervise direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
- Promote a safe clean and resident-centered environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Active unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership communication and clinical skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
