RN- Assessment Nurse

We are currently seeking a flexible Registered Nurse (RN) for weekday hours between (8:00 AM5:00 PM / 9:00 AM2:00 PM).

Key details for the position:

- Conduct RN assessments for all onboarding clients
- Perform 90-day supervisory visits
- Perform skills checks for our caregiving team once a week during orientation (Thursdays or Fridays)

• Perform client intake assessments
• Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
• Assign client care plans
• Assist with caregiver training and orientations
