About the Team and Role:

TheRisk Strategy Operations & Policy Governanceteam at eBay is a highimpact fastmoving organization that drives scalable transformation across our global Risk ecosystem. We partner across Risk Policy Product Business Finance Finance Legal Procurement and Technology to embed strong governance discipline into strategic execution and ensure our risk practices evolve with the pace of the marketplace.

TheRisk Business Operations Analystplays a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling strategic execution across eBays global Risk organization. This role manages core risk business operations while partnering closely with PMO and Risk leadership to support strategic planning capacity management and organizational readiness.

This is a highvisibility role with direct impact on how the Risk organization plans executes and scales.

What You Will Accomplish:

• Strategic & Execution Planning Partner with PMO Product Engineering and Risk leadership to coordinate strategic priorities capacity planning scenario modeling and execution roadmaps.
• Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency using AI and business tools.
• Business Operations Management Manage organizational resources and associated expenses and operational reporting to ensure financial discipline and workforce alignment across the Risk organization partnering liaison with the Finance organization.
• Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reporting across the key pillars as needed. Define business requirements support dashboard development and use AirTable and BI tools to track organizational health operational blocks and KPIs that enable datadriven decisionmaking.
• Vendor & AWF Support Support Vendor Management Activities including AWF planning invoice reconciliation performance tracking and procurement workflows.
• Leadership Support Prepare executiveready presentations business reviews and briefing materials that drive clear persuasive decisionmaking.
• Special Initiatives Lead and support adhoc projects that improve operational effectiveness organizational readiness and business execution.

What You Will Bring:

• Dedication to working Hybrid Model with 3 days per week onsite at our Austin TX office.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 yearsin Business Operations Operational Analysis Workforce Planning Process Improvement or related fields
• Experience inrisk compliancepayments fintech or other regulated environments
• Experience managingvendor contracts procurement workflows and AWF operations
• Experience supporting enterprise workforce planning across FTE and AWF populations including vendor invoice reconciliation and financial reporting
• Experience withcapacity modeling and scenario planning
• Experience inhighgrowth or transformation environments with the ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving operational needs
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to coordinate crossfunctional initiatives and drive action items to completion
• Experience preparing executivelevel presentations business reviews and operational reporting
• Proficiency withGsuiteand experience with tools such asTableau Sherlock Fieldglass Ariba AirTable or similar BI platforms
• Experience defining business requirements and operationalizing KPIs vendor metrics and reporting
• Experience leveragingAI toolsto automate workflows and enhance operational processes (preferred)

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
