Overview

All-Genz MediMatch Recruit is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established specialty practice within a respected regional healthcare network in Rutland Vermont.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of rheumatic autoimmune inflammatory and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based care.
  • Prescribe and manage DMARDs biologic therapies corticosteroids and other advanced treatment options.
  • Perform office-based procedures including joint injections and aspirations.
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease management and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians specialists nursing staff and rehabilitation professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
  • Active Vermont medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility.
  • Excellent clinical communication and collaborative skills.
