Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to support the development testing and sustainment of advanced RF and Microwave modules within our microelectronics factory. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise hands-on capability in a cleanroom/microelectronics environment and a collaborative mindset that strengthens both engineering and technician teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support RF/Microwave module testing troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Interpret and analyze complex electrical and RF schematics drawings and documentation.
Perform hands-on work using microscopes microelectronics tools and specialized RF equipment.
Compile analyze and present data to engineering leadership manufacturing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver clear effective technical presentations.
Partner closely with the test technician team to train mentor and develop technical capability on the production floor.
Drive root-cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with design engineering process engineering and production to ensure robust product performance and manufacturability.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Education Experience & Skills
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering RF Engineering and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Secret Security Clearance
Strong background in RF principles microwave circuits and module-level troubleshooting.
Experience working in a microelectronics or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics and RF test data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
Demonstrated ability to mentor or train technical staff.
Hands-on experience with microscopes microelectronics assembly/test tools and RF test equipment (VNAs spectrum analyzers power meters etc.).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations local market conditions and internal equity as well as candidate qualifications such as skills education and experience.
