THE ROLE

Every return is a moment where we either rebuild a customers trust or lose it and this role owns that moment end to end. As our Returns Specialist youll run the Pick-Up Request process that turns a customer return into a tracked resolved accurately recorded transaction across SAP NetSuite and Salesforce. Youll sit at the intersection of Sales Logistics and our contract manufacturers operations in Newark working daily with carriers and vendors to keep returns moving and the data behind them clean.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end keeping customer return requests moving accurately and on schedule.
• Keep return data in sync across SAP NetSuite and Salesforce so operations reporting and inventory all tell the same story.
• Resolve return issues incorrect shipments missing parts customer questions acting as the point person between logistics partners carriers and internal teams.
• Turn return trend and root-cause data into concrete process improvements that cut cycle time and reduce errors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across systems of record while keeping return handling compliant with company policy and shipping regulations.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara HQ office in compliance with Everpures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in reverse logistics order administration or sales operations with working fluency in ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP NetSuite or Salesforce.
• The organizational range to manage multiple return workflows at once in a fast-paced environment adjusting priorities as things shift.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts with good judgment about when to resolve an issue directly versus escalate it.
• Clear professional communication for coordinating across internal teams carriers and external vendors.
