Revenue Operations Manager Phoenix, AZ

Overview
CMIC is seeking a sharp operations-minded individual contributor to work closely with leadership as we scale a multi-state healthcare organization. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity enjoys building structure from the ground up and wants exposure to a growing healthcare business.

Youll partner directly with leaders across operations billing and technology to improve systems document processes and drive execution on high-impact initiatives that support growth across new and existing states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales operations technology / point solution integration process optimization reporting and more
• Build document and continuously improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being buildout of Company Wiki
• Support operational readiness for new state launches and expansion
• Partner with administrative billing and collections teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Support data analysis reporting and invoicing improvements to enhance visibility and accuracy
• Help roll out new tools workflows and process changes by training and supporting internal teams

Ideal Background

• 14 years of experience in operations consulting professional services or a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational skills with a bias toward execution and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently managing multiple projects and navigating ambiguity
• Curious proactive and motivated by building systems that scale
• Experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Quickbooks / accounting software is a major plus
