About the Role
Koopman Lumber is hiring a reliable hands-on Order Puller to support yard operations and ensure customer orders are pulled accurately and on time. This is a physical fast-paced role working with lumber and building materials.
What Youll Do
Pull stage and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist customers and drivers in the yard with professionalism and urgency
Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided)
Receive and put away incoming materials
Maintain a clean organized and safe yard
Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring
Working knowledge of lumber and building materials (required)
Yard warehouse or building materials experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing lifting moving materials)
