We call it 452 Hospitality the foundation of how we serve our partners and their Title: Retail Warehouse SupervisorReports to: Retail Operations Manager and Assistant Retail Operations Manager (if applicable)ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement storage systems policies and procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiency of space and storage areas in warehousing vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies shortages over shipments or to arrange for emergency shipments or your departments team is set with the operation in mind: hire & recruit for new talent integrate new team members supervise assigned personnel evaluate performance develop coach issue documentation and manage employee guests needs quickly and Retail Management team and lead warehousing plan to assure easy access and accountability of monitor and provide feedback to Retail Buyer Retail Operations Manager and Assistant Retail Operations Manager regarding stock knowledgeable and on the foresight of and managing in accordance with applicable local state and federal a clean safe and organized work and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and proceduresSupport the operation in merchandising product to maximize sales by promotional items or suggestive selling while on floor or covering bring sales opportunities to the above team analyzing product sales as the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and SSAfety standards are met by upholding training and daily operational expectations for department all warehouse functions and operations of the warehouse for the Retail quality product levels and inventory of and process deliveries of that all merchandise is properly priced and labeled in a timely proper care when handling and transporting in the maintenance and repairs of the warehouse facility and equipment as necessaryAbility to accurately process information / merchandise through a POS Accounts Payable software for initializing processing of an inclusive & supportive approach at the unit in being an example for Company & Client guidelines with regard to Sustainability/Conservation efforts. Displays knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as SSA / Unit in driving community effort through hiring efforts engagement activities and focus on opportunities of giving other tasks as deemed RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to articulate to our team Executive Chef General Manager and HQ personnel as leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development while fostering problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organizational and planning the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced and/or inventory system ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbx 50lbs or more) as necessary to operation which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth to work varied hours/days including nights weekends and holidays as company vehicle and/or golf cart within the scope of employment requires a valid drivers license and is subject to a DMV BelongingPromote an inclusive & supportive approach within the Brand team with networking continuing at all on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all by example through Sustainability/Conservation efforts; displays knowledge of efforts in business application as well as giving adequate opportunity for teaching to unit staff as with SSA/Unit in driving community effort through engagement activities and focus.
