As a Shift Supervisor youll be a trusted member of the leadership team helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued
- Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs
- Support sales goals KPIs and daily store performance
- Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries
- Lead by example on the sales floor with energy professionalism and positivity
- Help create a fun collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
- Support Sales Associates through coaching communication and teamwork
- Assist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Support inventory shipment processing and store organization
- Handle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity
- Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming store environment
- Previous retail experience as a Key Holder Supervisor Retail Associate or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fashion styling and customer engagement
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Organized dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of retail experience preferred
