Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team supporting exceptional customer experiences driving sales andmaintainingefficient store operations. This role oversees daily functions including merchandising inventory training and marketing execution while leading the team during assigned shifts.

When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable the Supervisor assumes leadership responsibilityensuring smooth operations motivating the team and upholding a positive inclusive environment. Related Job Titles:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly knowledgeable service across in-store phone and digital channels

Lead sales floor operations and guide team members to maximize results

Provide coaching feedback and direction to support team performance

Execute opening/closing procedures cash handling and store protocols

Manage merchandising inventory and visual presentation standards

Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally

Support sales through recommendations transactions and productexpertise

Maintain store cleanliness organization and safety standards

Assistwith inventory counts stockroom organization and loss prevention

Contribute ideas for store events and community engagement

Qualifications

Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred

Background in specialty retail activewear or outdoor apparel is a plus

Passion for an active outdoor lifestyle aligned withprAnasbrand

High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18

Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

Ability to move throughout the store and communicate regularly

Ability tolift upto 40lbs.as needed

Perform tasks such as standing bending and light cleaning

Pay Range: $18.70 - $26.93

Expected Pay Range for Hire: $18.70 - $24.19
