• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliable punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working with customers in person
• Ability to work well in a team
• Previous retail hospitality sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
