What you will Do:

• Engage with Customers: Activelyengage with customers to introduce andshow features oftheinteractiveSmartshopping cart.

• Tutorials and Training:Conduct quick and effective tutorials to educate customers on how to use the shopping cart highlighting its features and benefits.

• Support and Troubleshooting:Provide on-the-spotassistanceto customers experiencing difficulties ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.

• Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback toidentifyareas for improvement and relay this information to the development team.

• Adoption:Develop and implement strategies to encourage customers to try and continue using the shopping cart.

• Collaboration:Work closely with store management and theSmart Cartteam to ensure the shopping cart meets customer needs and expectations.

• Provide Exceptional Service: Answer questionsassistcustomers throughout their shopping experience offer recommendations and ensure every customer leaves happy

WhatWereLooking For:

• Tech Savvy:Comfortable with using and explainingnew technology. Basic understanding of AI technology and user interfaces. Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Customer Service:Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Problem-Solving:Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Proven ability to work in solo and team environments isrequired where team-orientated highly motivated and self-driven individuals are preferred

• Effective customer relations skillsmeantalwaysdeliveringexceptional service

• Ability to work independently

• Retail Associate Grocery Store Customer Service Technology Product Demonstration Shopper Assistance and Brand Ambassador previousexperience is a plus.

Team Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

• Access to reliable transportation

• Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned

Working Conditions

ThisRetail Associatepositionrequiresthe ability to stand for prolonged periods of time withfrequentwalkingand to use hands and wrists regularlyincluding repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.
