Crestfield Talent is seeking an outgoing and dependable Retail Sales Associate to support customers and daily store operations in Philadelphia.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with people communicates confidently and can provide helpful service while keeping the sales floor organized and welcoming.

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance

• Answer questions about products and services

• Help customers locate merchandise

• Process purchases and basic point-of-sale transactions

• Restock products and maintain organized displays

• Assist with receiving and organizing store inventory

• Keep the sales floor clean and presentable

• Support team members during busy periods

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
