Retail Sales Agent MarketOverview:The Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for giving the highest guest service maintaining the Falls City Market in an appealing manner and creating a positive atmosphere while dealing with customers and fellow :Enthusiastic greeting of guests (by name if possible)Answer phones in a courteous and professional mannerUtilize the Micros POS system (Sales of Merchandise)Maintain working knowledge of the hotel and items available to guestsAssist in presentation of the Falls City display and store new merchandise Retail Manager with any inventory and balance daily cash conduct in an appropriate manner at all times in accordance with the Omni Hotels HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:Must be able to operate the POS telephone and radio communicationMust be able to effectively communicate with all be knowledgeable about activities in the hotel. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or in other departments as neededAttend monthly departmental meetingsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsMust be able to work weekendsKnowledge of property and surrounding areaSTAR CertificationFood Handlers Certification
