Branson Bank exists to help our neighbors prosperand the Retail Operations Associate ensures our retail network runs accurately consistently and in step with policy so customers receive dependable service every time.

Key responsibilities include supporting branch operational processes; reviewing transactional activity and reports; completing reconciliations; tracking exceptions and follow-up items; maintaining required records schedules and documentation; and partnering with associates and leaders across locations to resolve issues and improve workflow.

Required qualifications/skills:
- 35 years experience in retail banking operations and branch processes
- Strong organization attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities
- Tech aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint
- Clear written/verbal communication and strict confidentiality

This role combines focused administrative work with collaboration and problem-solving throughout the day. Youll balance recurring reports and reconciliations with changing Retail needs working closely with associates and leadership across Bank locations. Some days may be heavily focused on reporting and data; others may require more coordination follow-up or support. The goal is the same: help keep Retail operations accurate organized and running smoothly so our teams can stay focused on serving customers.
