About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on leader to help run our sales floor day-to-day. Youll guide the team through busy shifts keep operations running smoothly and make sure every customer walks out happy.

Schedule

Full-time; must be open to a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays.

What Youll Do

Guide and support staff during peak hours
Coach and mentor team members on the floor
Recommend products and provide top-notch customer service
Handle cash transactions and oversee daily store functions
Help manage inventory levels restocking and product displays
Keep the store compliant with all state and company standards
Keep the retail space clean organized and presentable

What Were Looking For

Prior cannabis retail experience is a plus
2 years leading or supervising a team in retail or hospitality
Familiarity with Dutchie POS and METRC systems a bonus
Solid communication organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a busy fast-moving setting
Must be 21 or older and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission eligibility requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and precise math skills
Well organized and comfortable multi-tasking
Able to stay composed and manage stress in a fast-paced setting
Must submit to and pass a criminal background check
Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States required
Knowledge of cannabis strains edibles extracts and other current products a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Work Experience

Budtending: 2 years (preferred)
Customer service: 2 years
Retail sales: 1 year
