Retail Experience Manager

Help Launch and Grow Our New Carrollton Location

Just Pots is a leading retailer and wholesaler of high-quality pottery planters and water fountain features. We are passionate about helping customers create beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced customer-focused leader to oversee our new Carrollton location. This position is responsible for growing both retail and wholesale business while leading daily operations developing employees and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on management role responsible for sales growth customer engagement team leadership merchandising inventory management and daily business operations. What Youll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Carrollton location.
• Drive growth across both retail and wholesale sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive loyalty repeat business referrals and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and commercial partnerships.
• Recruit train coach and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Create a positive customer-focused culture that promotes accountability teamwork and performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee merchandising product presentation and overall showroom appearance.
• Manage inventory levels product availability receiving transfers and special orders.
• Ensure accurate cash handling customer billing and required documentation.
• Maintain a safe organized and visually appealing store yard and outdoor display areas.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives promotions and business development opportunities.
• Stay informed of market trends customer needs and competitive activity.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of retail wholesale sales operations or business management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong customer service communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing inventory merchandising and daily business operations.
• Experience developing customer accounts and long-term business relationships.
• Ability to analyze business performance and make sound business decisions.
• Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
• Experience in home and garden outdoor living landscaping building materials retail design or related industries is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand walk bend and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift move push or pull products weighing up to 75 pounds

Initial training will be conducted at our San Antonio location and will require travel during the onboarding period.
