Event Marketer

Home Genius Exteriors is looking for energetic customer-focused individuals to join our Marketing team. In this role youll represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country at retail locations sporting events home shows fairs and community events.

Youll engage with homeowners educate them on our exterior remodeling services and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly outgoing attitude
• Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products including roofing siding gutters gutter guards windows and doors
• Set homeowners up for free inspections and consultations based on qualifying needs
• Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
• Help create a positive customer experience while representing the Home Genius brand professionally
• Meet individual and team lead-generation goals
• Support promotional campaigns merchandising and event setup/teardown
• Handle customer questions professionally and confidently
• Attend team meetings and trainings to continue developing communication and marketing skills
• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in customer service retail marketing promotions or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing confident and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred

Preferred Skills

• Previous retail marketing event marketing or sales experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
• Strong organization and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending reaching lifting and carrying promotional materials

Work Environment

This role operates primarily inside retail and hardware store locations with frequent customer interaction. Team members may also assist at local events expos and promotional setups while working in a high-energy team-driven environment.
