Retail Data Coordinator (7-9 Month W2 Assignment) $21$24/hr Remote in the U.S.
Are you highly organized detail-driven and energized by the fast-moving world of retail merchandising and product operations Were looking for a Retail Data Coordinator to join a dynamic Buying team and play a key role in keeping product data reporting vendor coordination and team operations running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep teams aligned data accurate and seasonal priorities on track. Youll partner cross-functionally with Merchandising Planning Product Design and Sourcing supporting important workflows that directly impact business execution.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate meetings calendars and cross-functional schedules across multiple time zones
- Prepare agendas recaps presentation materials and meeting notes for key business reviews
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain shared files team documents reporting tools and digital resources
- Support seasonal buy boards product strategy decks and line review preparation
- Help manage milestone tracking and planning calendars for seasonal initiatives
- Coordinate travel logistics for meetings conferences store openings and team events
- Attend meetings capture discussion points and document next steps
- Maintain store event calendars and support regional timing considerations that may impact assortment needs
- Assist with special projects and process improvements for the Buying team
- Support vendor operations including invoice reconciliation and vendor reporting
- Maintain order data through uploads updates and ongoing data management
- Monitor direct shipment replenishment needs and assist with vendor communication
- Prepare recurring monthly reports for vendors and internal business partners
- Provide general administrative and operational support as business needs evolve
