Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Store Manager in Havre MT.   youll be the heartbeat of our Havre store! Heres what your day-to-day adventure looks like:

• Bring Your A-Game: Work all scheduled shifts between Mon-Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 9am-5pm. As a manager expect to log 50 hours weeklywere a busy thriving operation! Youll embrace weekends holidays and flexible scheduling based on what our business needs.
• Outdoor Knowledge Bonus: Leverage your working knowledge of outdoor recreation farm and ranch animal health tools and hardware to connect authentically with our guests.

• Sales experience merchandising and computer skills a plus

• Ability to delegate and assign tasks appropriately
• Skilled in leadership sales generation strategic planning business acumen time management and general retail software proficiency
• Willingness to relocate if needed
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.  Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously 15-50 lbs. frequently and 50-55 lbs. occasionally and team lift anything over 55 lbs.  Spending 100% of work time on your feet including use of ladders rolling staircases and pallet jacks.
