Job Summary
As a Device Activation Representative youll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories. This includes processing activations and answering questions while maintaining a friendly helpful tone. Youll also recommend products plans and services based on each customers needs. To succeed in this role you must use strong communication and problem-solving skills in your conversations.
This role is remote eligible which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
- Answer questions and provide appropriate solutions
- Present and sell new products and health services
- Achieve performance based on goals
- Maintain knowledge of all Best Buy Health wireless products accessories pricing plans promotions and services
Basic qualifications
- 6 months or more of customer service call center or sales experience
- 6 months or more of experience troubleshooting technical issues and navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously
- Access to high-speed internet
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Experience working with senior-aged customers
- Professional energetic and positive attitude
