• Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction demo drying setup monitoring and equipment pickup.
• Lead and coach one to three technicians on site and set the pace and the standard.
• Document every job the same day: moisture readings photos drying logs and notes.
• Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next and keep your word.
• Keep your truck equipment and job sites clean stocked and safe.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.

• Steady work history.
• Restoration experience hands-on trade experience that transfers (plumbing HVAC electrical construction carpentry or field service) or parallel relevant job experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
• Drug-free.
• Physically able to do field work.
• Clear professional communication with customers.

• IICRC WRT ASD FSRT or AMRT
• Experience leading a crew
• Moisture meters drying equipment and job documentation software
