- Respond to water fire/smoke mold packout and specialty-loss opportunities.
- Inspect properties and determine appropriate scopes of work.
- Prepare estimates and supporting documentation.
- Sell projects and obtain signed contracts/authorizations.
- Communicate with customers adjusters agents and property managers.
- Coordinate crews subcontractors and internal support staff.
- Monitor schedules costs documentation and profitability.
- Maintain accurate files using Restore 365 Mitigate DocuSketch and other systems.
- Meet applicable insurance carrier and TPA requirements.
- Identify legitimate additional restoration needs.
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
- Complete billing collections and project closeout.
- Participate in emergency response when needed.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with customers during stressful situations.
- Confident selling without high-pressure tactics.
- Able to communicate effectively with insurance professionals.
- Focused on revenue gross profit collections and customer service.
- Comfortable holding crews and vendors accountable.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.
- A strong problem solver who takes ownership.
- Competitive accountable and motivated by results.
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers tablets and mobile apps.
- Ability to travel throughout our service area.
- Ability to work in active restoration/construction environments.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required for the right candidate.
