• Set clear daily priorities and performance expectations.
• Coach train and develop crew chiefs and restoration technicians.
• Build accountability teamwork and a culture of doing things right.
• Participate in hiring onboarding and employee development.

• Coordinate crews equipment subcontractors and project schedules.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely efficiently and to established quality standards.
• Oversee documentation scopes of work and project progress.
• Identify problems early and coordinate solutions.

• Maintain professional communication with customers adjusters and business partners.
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Resolve service issues and keep customers informed throughout the restoration process.

• Manage labor equipment utilization and other production expenses.
• Help ensure projects are properly documented completed and ready for billing.
• Monitor production results and identify opportunities to improve performance.

• Restoration industry experience preferably in water fire or mold mitigation.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Comfort using restoration documentation and estimating software.
• Valid drivers license.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
