• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for restoration projects.
• Schedule and communicate with vendors subcontractors plumbers and debris removal companies.
• Coordinate and track contents pack-outs storage deliveries and move-backs.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling project updates and follow-up needs.
• Communicate project needs and updates with Project Managers Technicians Accounting Management and other departments.
• Track outstanding services vendor commitments customer needs and project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and timely project information in scheduling and management systems.
• Document important calls communications updates and project activity in correspondence notes so the entire team can clearly understand the status of the project.
• Identify scheduling or logistical issues and follow through to resolution.
• Assist other departments as needed to keep projects organized and moving forward.

• Proficient with computers and data entry
• Restoration construction logistics or project coordination experience is a plus
