Restaurant Supervisor

Troon Country Club located in Scottsdale AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor! • Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt efficient and personalized manner.
• Acts as a liaison between the service staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Ensures the restaurant and related facilities are clean well-stocked and organized; inspects equipment and notifies the Restaurant Manager of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Verifies room setup according to reservation or event requirements.
• Ensures all side work is completed including cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assists the Food and Beverage Manager with maintaining food and beverage inventory.
• Assists with the completion of daily operational reports.
• Participates in all meetings required of this role.
• Performs daily operational duties including serving tables bussing tables seating guests room service and general clerical or cashier responsibilities.
• Occasionally assists department managers with interviewing training planning assigning and directing work as well as providing recommendations regarding hiring performance evaluations recognition and disciplinary actions.
• Addresses guest concerns resolves issues when possible and communicates them to management as needed.
• Assists in coordinating team members.
• Assists in monitoring business volume forecasts and planning staffing levels productivity costs and other expenses accordingly.
• Incorporates safe work practices into all job duties.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
