The Difference You Will Make
As a Service Manager you will oversee the daily frontofhouse operations to ensure exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for leading and training service staff maintaining high standards of hospitality and coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams. The Service Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations addresses guest concerns and supports operational goals such as efficiency quality and cost control.
What Youll Bring:
Oversee daily frontofhouse operations to ensure smooth efficient service.
Train supervise and schedule service staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest concerns or complaints.
Monitor dining area cleanliness presentation and compliance with health/safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
Manage inventory of service-related supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with budgeting cost control and tracking sales or service performance.
Support hiring onboarding and ongoing development of service team members.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least three (3) years of related front-of-house management experience required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the kitchen and service addition employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing balancing stooping crouching and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision and the ability to focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to a kitchen environment including heat and steam.
Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville TN Brier Creek NC Pflugerville TX Charleston SC or Columbus OH with occasional travel to local stores.
