A new high-volume restaurant in Hialeah is building its leadership team and seeking experienced restaurant management professionals at all levels.

We are interested in candidates with experience as:

• General Manager
• Assistant General Manager
• Restaurant Manager
• Operations Manager
• Front of House Manager
• Service Manager
• Bar Manager
• Shift Manager / Supervisor

Ideal candidates have experience managing busy restaurant operations leading and training teams maintaining excellent guest service controlling labor and operating costs handling scheduling opening/closing procedures inventory cash controls and maintaining company standards.

Requirements: Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment; flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
